Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Roseleaf Heating & Air wants roseleaf.lat to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@roseleaf.lat and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@roseleaf.lat and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep getting better.
